So, Now you can complaint about it on PTA CMS app. This app is easy to use , and display content in both English and Urdu. Users can now lodge a complaint through this mobile app anywhere and anytime.

The purpose of this app is to ensure easy and hassle-free registration of complaints. You have registered your mobile with PTA but you have given wrong IMEI number or payment has been paid but no signal is coming. you will find solution to many similar problems in this app.
Once the app is downloaded, users can register to the app by submitting a form with details like their full name, CNIC number, mobile phone number and password to create an account, after the account is successfully made and the user has signed in, the app opens at the the home page where the user can select one of the four option based on their requirement; Register a new complain, track complain history, user profile and consumer awareness. The app is compatible with iOS and Android.
